Prince Harry and Meghan’s Children Would Make Good Conversation Starters, Royal Expert Claims
Thanks to Lilibet and Archie, there won’t be much awkward energy when the Sussexes finally get to meet with the rest of the Royal Family amid ongoing rift.
Royal biographer Duncan Larcome opined that there would be very little exchange between the Cambridges and the Sussexes, as Prince William and Kate are reportedly wary of what could be leaked through them. But don’t worry, there probably would be a lot to talk about regarding Lilibet, as Princess Eugenie is the only royal family member rumored to have met the soon to be 1-year-old.
Royal Expert Reveals That Harry Promised the Queen He’ll Bring Lilibet
The author of “Prince Harry: The Inside Story”, Duncan Larcome, shared that Harry, who saw the Queen in March on his way to the Netherlands, promised that he‘ll bring Lilibet next time and introduce the toddler to Her Majesty.
Duncan also added that it’s probably the only reason driving Harry and Meghan back to the U.K. for the Jubilee. “They’re certainly not flying back to see William, Kate or Prince Charles. So I think they’ll spend as little time as possible with them, but they will want to see the Queen.”
When they do arrive, Archie and Lilibet will be a welcome distraction to keep Harry and his brother Prince William from talking about their issues.
“Having Lili with them when they return for the Jubilee is probably quite a good distraction,” Duncan told OK! magazine. “It will all be about the kids and kids’ talk because you have to hope they wouldn’t have long, drawn out, heart-to-heart chats in front of their children.”
Royal experts are also saying that Prince William is wary of sharing things with his brother, as he’s not sure how much he can still trust him after he relayed private conversations they had to the media.
