It has been speculated, leading up to the prince publishing his book, that Harry would go after Prince Andrew casting a spotlight on his personality. However, according to The News International, a royal source has confirmed that the prince is keeping the Duke of York’s sex abuse scandal out of the book for the sake of his cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
“There is also an increasing confidence that Prince Andrew and his former wife will be left alone,” the source said, adding that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are empathetic to “the impact the Epstein scandal has had on Beatrice and Eugenie.”

The Royal source continued, saying that the royal couple won’t add to the guff their cousins are already dealing with. They added that the Duchess of Sussex is fond of Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, and “[The Duke and Duchess of York] are not expected to bear the brunt of Harry’s anger and frustration with the royal establishment.”
The source told Daily Mail that “the fear factor” surrounding the book was “off the scale.” The unnamed source then added that, even though the royal households say they’re not interested and have no comment on the book, “there’s never been a situation quite like this.”

The insider went on to explain that, even when Princess Diana cooperated with royal biographer, Andrew Morton, she had the semblance of deniability but added that these were going to be Harry’s own words. He said, Harry and Meghan might hope to stay “above the fray” but that could be impossible depending on what the prince reveals in his book.
