Prince William Draws Ire for ‘Spreading Gossip’ about Brother Prince Harry and Meghan
A royal expert has slammed Prince William for, reportedly, giving the green light to close friends and royal aides to spread gossip about his brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle.
The two brothers have had a rocky relationship since Harry left the royal fold back in 2020, and things have steadily deteriorated since. Continue reading and we’ll discuss what William has done now that has drawn the ire of critics.
Royal Family News – Is William Phasing Out ‘Never Complain, Never Explain’ Mantra?
After turning 40 this week, we should be hearing of birthday celebrations for the prince but, instead, we are learning that he’s been focused on spreading gossip about how he “alternates between grief and anger” over his brother’s recent life decisions according to the Daily Record.
The Express recently reported that Royal expert and Finding Freedom co-author Omid Scobie slammed Prince William for allowing sources to air dirty laundry about issues within the firm on his birthday. Scobie began, saying, “Prince William plans to phase out the ‘never complain, never explain’ mantra. Good. But starting with leaked gossip about family fractures he has criticized Harry for sharing probably isn’t the best way of going about it.”
Royal Family News – Duke Says His Brother ‘Crossed that Line’
The journalist intimated that instead of a narrative about William’s ambitious environmental plans we are hearing from close sources that the duke feels Prince Harry has “100 percent crossed that line” by discussing his struggles in a public forum.
“Rather than share how William is preparing for his role as Prince of Wales and taking over the Duchy of Cornwall, we heard from William’s nearest and dearest about how his brother has been sucked into an alien world [in California]. . . and there’s f*** all [William] can do about it.” Scobie also explained that William likely gave the “nod” for those close sources to share the details of he and Harry’s relationship.
William’s Friends Won’t Speak Sans Nod from Prince
He said: “Sharing intimate details about or speaking on behalf of a royal as senior as William usually only happens after express permission has been given.” He also explained that, from his experience with William, he has learned that his “tight circle of friends” would only speak publicly about something when the prince has given them the “nod” to do so.
“In the past, those who haven’t received such authorisation have found themselves in deep trouble.” Be sure and stay up to date on all Royal Family News and return here often for more news and updates.
