Queen Elizabeth’s Attendance of Prince Philip’s Memorial Will Be Decided At the Last Minute

It is understood that the Queen really hopes to be present during the ceremony. According to a royal expert, special attention will be paid to the ceremony if the Queen attends because it would be her first public official outing since October.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said: “The Queen will undoubtedly attend if her health permits and her first appearance at an official function since October will give the occasion, which millions are likely to watch, a very special cachet.”
Palace insiders are saying that the Queen has decided to leave it to the last minute to decide whether she is well enough to attend the thanksgiving service or not.
