Royal Commentator Notices Meghan Markle’s Silence Following Prince Harry’s Book Launch
Royal news and updates tease that Meghan Markle has been very silent following the launch of her husband, Prince Harry’s, memoir. A royal commentator noticed her unusual silence, which was described as “uncharacteristic” by the Duchess of Sussex.
“I don’t mean in terms of the book–after all, her fingerprints are all over that. I mean, physically, where is she? We haven’t seen hide nor hair of her for days. Which, really, is most uncharacteristic,” Mail on Sunday columnist Sarah Vine wrote.
She said in her column that it’s “not like her to dodge the limelight.” She expected the Duchess to be vocal in her support for her husband, especially since he’s been under fire after the release of his book.
Will Prince Harry and Meghan Attend King Charles’ Coronation?
There’s no official confirmation whether Prince Harry and Meghan will attend the coronation of King Charles. After the coronation, the king and Camilla are expected to come out on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to greet the public. But as per GB New host Dan Wootton, a source revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex won’t be standing on the balcony if ever they decide to attend the event.
As for Angela Levin, who penned Camilla: From Outcast to Queen Consort, she believes that it’s better if they won’t attend. She thinks they would only “spoil” the event and steal the spotlight from King Charles and Camilla.
She said they shouldn’t be there given that they’ve been vocal about their dislike for the UK, their love for the US, and the allegations they made against the King and Prince William. Levin also thinks Prince Harry and Meghan can’t be trusted because they will do anything to write another book or get another TV interview.
It’s King Charles and Camilla’s day. Having Prince Harry and Meghan around means the media would focus on them instead of the king and queen.
