Royal Family News – Reports of Bullying Meghan Buried
This comes after reports surfaced that findings from an investigation into allegations the Duchess of Sussex “bullied” Royal staff were permanently buried. According to Sunday Times, Buckingham Palace has no plans to make a public statement on the matter.
However, per Express-News, it is expected that there will be changes, in the Royal Household’s HR policies, published in the annual Sovereign Grant report. The apparent coverup was reportedly made to mitigate tensions between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.
Royal Family News – William to Turn 40 Without Prince Harry
In other Royal Family News, Prince William is set to celebrate his 40th birthday on Tuesday without his younger brother by his side. The affair will reportedly already be tinged with sadness as the Duke of Cambridge’s mother, Princess Diana died before reaching the same age.
The Princess of Wales died at the age of 36 in a tragic car accident in Paris France, which is something that has tormented the two princes for their entire lives. Royal Family News – Andrew Set to Lose York Title
In other news, Prince Andrew may be set to lose his Duke of York title if a new bill becomes law. According to BBC, York Central Labour MP Rachael Maskel said that there is currently no mechanism by which to remove his title but added that her new bill would address the city of York’s desire to sever its association with Prince Andrew.
This comes in the wake of the Duke of York’s out-of-court settlement with his sexual assault accuser Virginia Guiffre. Guiffre had accused the prince of sexually assaulting her on three occasions when she was but 17 years of age.
