Royal Family News – Royals United Against Andrew’s Return
A royal source told the Mirror UK that Andrew is doing all he can to make amends for the shame his scandal has brought on the Royal Family. The source said that Andrew is trying to do all he can to make it up to the 96-year-old Monarch “which is why he is doing all he can to see her as much as possible.”
Andrew reportedly makes regular trips to Windsor Castle to visit the Queen, to that end. According to the insider, the rest of the royal family is united in the belief that Andrew should avoid the spotlight and stay quiet, having already left a “stain” on the family.

Garter Day celebrates Britain’s highest order of chivalry, the Order of the Garter which has a membership that is limited to just 24 members, including former prime ministers. It is still unknown how the prince managed to secure attendance at such an important and public ceremony, but the Daily Mirror’s Russell Myers offered some clues.
The fact that Andrew visits his mother at Windsor Castle “every day in a bid to make amends for his sex abuse scandal disgrace,” is a big one. It is interesting that Myers explained that the visits increased in alm0ost direct correlation to Harry’s Hoda Kotb interview in which he intimated he wanted to ensure the Queen had “the right people around her.”
